About this page

This page explains how to ask ZERO DEGREE LLC, doing business as Zero Degree Media ("Zero Degree Media," "we," "us," or "our"), to delete the personal information we hold about you. It applies to anyone who has contacted us, and specifically to people who submitted a lead form on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads.

You do not need an account with us to make a request, and there is no charge.

What we collect from Facebook and Instagram lead ads

When you tap one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram and submit the lead form, Meta passes that submission to us. The information we receive is:

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
The answers you gave to the questions on the lead form itself — for example the type of work you need, your city or service area, your trade or business type, and your timing

We receive this only when you choose to submit the form. We use it to contact you about the website or marketing work you asked about. Our full practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

What happens after you ask

We will confirm that we received your request, locate the information we hold about you, and delete it. We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. If we need more information from you to identify your record, we will reply and ask.

Once your information is deleted we will no longer contact you about your inquiry. As noted in our Privacy Policy, deletion is subject to certain exceptions — we may need to keep limited records where the law requires it, such as billing and tax records for past paying clients. We will tell you if any exception applies to your request.

Deleting the copy Facebook and Instagram hold

We can only delete information that Zero Degree Media holds. Meta keeps its own copy of your activity on Facebook and Instagram, including lead forms you have submitted, and that copy is governed by Meta's own policies rather than ours. To review or remove data held by Meta, use the privacy and account settings inside Facebook or Instagram.

If you would also like to stop seeing our ads, you can hide them or turn off ad topics through the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Other privacy requests

The same contacts handle any other request about your information — for example asking what we hold about you, correcting something that is wrong, or opting out of marketing.
