What does a contractor website cost?
Starter begins at $97/month and Pro at $147/month. The first month starts the build; there is no separate setup fee. A one-time Full Build starts at $2,950 for businesses that prefer ownership without a monthly membership. Expanded content and custom features are scoped separately.
Can I cancel, and do I own the website?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Hosting stays active through the current paid billing period. You keep the content you supplied, but the website code, layout, and structure are licensed during your subscription and do not transfer on cancellation. With a Full Build, you own the delivered website after full payment; our reusable framework remains ours.
Can I keep my existing domain and replace my old website?
Yes. We can work with your existing domain and rebuild an existing site. We review its pages and URLs, plan redirects where needed, and coordinate the switch with you. Tell us about any business email using the domain so it is included in the migration plan.
Who provides the photos and website copy?
You provide your logo, real project photos, services, service area, and accurate business details. We write the standard page copy from that information for your review. Larger collections of service or city pages and new brand assets are scoped separately.
How long does the build take?
We agree on the launch schedule after reviewing the scope and available content. Photo delivery, feedback, page count, and integrations affect the timing. You review the site before launch.
What happens when I need an update?
Monthly plans include hosting, SSL, support, and routine content edits such as changing photos, hours, contact details, or existing service information. Larger additions and new functionality are reviewed for scope before work starts.
Will the site rank first on Google?
No ranking or lead count is guaranteed. We include an SEO foundation: clear service content, mobile-friendly pages, metadata, structured data, and a sitemap. Ongoing SEO work is separate from that initial setup; competition, business reputation, and content also affect visibility.
